  I actually followed Courtney here from a different location, as my dogs *adore* her, and couldn't get used to another groomer. I've been using these guys for 4 years now, and I love this place so much-- they've always gone above and beyond. The single time I had a problem with my grooming, they spoke to me in depth and with real concern about my issues, and then they made it right. Highly recommend.

  Customer service has never been great. For example, once I was called and told I was late to my appointment - but the voicemail they left confirming my appointment proved I was not late. When I arrived I was treated rudely for their booking mistake and told I may not get my dog fully groomed. I go every 2-3 months and my dog gets groomed and treats or toys. Recently I asked when scheduling an appointment for ear hair to be plucked and teeth to be brushed. When I picked up my dog and asked if he handled it okay - I was informed they didn't do it, so they took my dog back and within a minute he was back out. While they are fast I'm doubting if the service was done or done correctly. When I got home I noticed two large sore / cuts on my dogs stomach that they didn't mention to me. There is no doubt in my mind they knew they cut him but failed to mention it to me. (Photos available) I won't be returning after they rush thru the service and respond with rude customer service.
