  I just left the store about 30 minutes ago without buying anything due to the rudeness of a staff member. My family and I went in to buy a nice chefs knife for my son (here is taking culinary classes). A saleswoman approached us, asked if we needed help, and when I directed her to my son she acted like I didn't say anything and walked to the next customer. He was gracious enough to direct hey back to us, but her attitude showers she would rather have not. I am happy to encourage my son to explore his talents. I will not be doing so with William-Sanoma products.
