    A gracious 3! Only because majority of workers there are nice. But store is a mess, and Gail (or Gayle or whatever) is one of the worst managers ever. Very rude, lacks customer service skills, and does not seem to enjoy her job one bit, craziest part, she's a CSR! How?!!!!
