I noticed several employees behind tables/counters/laptops that seemed more interested in their cell phone than a customer shopping. I walked around in the store for almost 8 minutes before I was asked if I needed help finding anything. And once I finally found something that I was interested in, the item wasn't even in stock. Unimpressed - 0/10
