- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆March 30, 2019, by SWWC LocalAwesome stop for drinks, and food. I'd give this Texaco a full 5 stars if the kitchen was consistent. It's hit or miss on their chicken. When it's good, it's better than Popeye's chicken. When it's not good, well... Also, it would be a tremendous help to customers if the kitchen staff could speak English. I can't count the number of times my order was wrong.
