  I had a very bad experience at this store with Austin ( Austin is the store manager ) I have a business with 9 lines from tablets to phones. We went in to change my and my wife’s phone from the iPhone 7+ to the iPhone 10 and we had to much to download on iCloud and the iPhone’s had to stay overnight downloading. John said that by the next morning I should have everything from the old iPhone to the new one but we had nothing. I called the next day and spoke with John and I told him that nothing had downloaded and he said to give another day but that he would put sticky notes on both phones to not erase the text messages or pictures. When I came in the following day Austin was not to nice, he erased both texts and pictures from both iPhones and I told him that I had court documents , text message and pictures that I needed for court and legal issues. I also wanted to replace the iPhone 10 with iPhone 8+ and he said no, for me not to rush into it. Austin ( store manager )said not to worry that he guaranteed and made sure that all the information was in iCloud. We didn’t like the way we were treated so we went to T-Mobile in Kyle and Miguel was totally different. He actually took the time and explained everything and helped us with the issues and when we got into iCloud on our computer WE HAD NOTHING. Austin ( store manager )at the T-Mobile in Austin Tx on Willam Cannon and Mopac LIED TO US. I will never go back to that store again it’s on Willam Cannon and Mopac. I should have checked their reviews, they have many 1 and 2 stars. I don’t think anyone of T-Mobile checks the reviews because no one responds to the reviews. I should have checked a little more. Don’t go T-Mobile on William Cannon and Mopac in Austin Tx and Austin (store manager) is not willing to help. I hope T-Mobile reads this review. I would have given a negative star if some we available. My wife and I are not happy with the service and iPhone 10, there are to many issues to write down. I hope to get a phone call from T-Mobile. Again don’t got to T-Mobile on William Cannon and Mopac in Austin Tx and Austin ( store manager ) not to nice
