  The staff is excellent at this location. The representatives here offer the same great customer service that has made me a faithful T-Mobile customer for over 10 years now. They're personable, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The store is always very clean. Even when they're busy, they keep things moving so there's never much of a wait. This store is owned by T-Mobile corporate, not a franchisee like most locations are. So if you're having issues with a franchise store, this is the best place in the area to interact directly with T-Mobile employees. Plus I prefer to return devices directly to a corporate store, whether I'm upgrading or exchanging. A+!
