  I went in to upgrade my phone and Sterling and Abdul took care of me. Sterling was very patient and gave me facts about the phones I was deciding between. I've had slightly bad experiences before where I'm pushed to buy one for over the other or where it felt like too much like a business transaction. Here it felt organic and I had a few laughs. Amazing team and nice location.

  Never have had better service at T-Mobile. Patrick was amazing! His personality, knowledge of the products, and great attitude made our experience so enjoyable. Although we walked in with a small phone issue my daughter walked out with a new phone plus accessories! Will surely bring our business here in the future!
