  I've never had a more awful experience at T-Mobile then I have here! This loud and obnoxious associate kept me there for hours when all I was trying to do was buy a phone and get out.. and I had a sleeping 2 month old!!! He was literally stop helping me multiple times just to change the music that was playing in the store. He was so inconsiderate and rude. I was SO SHOCKED at what was going on. On top of that the guy lied saying with auto pay my bill will be 80 bucks, which is wasnt. He also said he'd take the extra charges off my account but ended up ADDING MORE to my bill. I don't have a problem with T-Mobile itself, I'm just never going to this store ever again.
