  I purchased a iPhone 7 from AT&T. I am switching providers( T-Mobile to AT&T). A brand new phone, I make it very clear that if I cannot transfer the current phone number I am okay with a new number. I have been getting the run around. I have wasted literally two days on the phone with AT&T reps and same in person. I get told mixed things. Over the phone I get told to go to the store. In the store I get told they have to return the phone and create a new line but I can do this by calling. This has been by far the worst experience EVER!!! please take your valuable time and money elsewhere. I don't know Sprint or Verizon?! AT&T has caused me a tremendous headache and wasted a lot of my time and gas! oh and I have a brand new iPhone 7 that has no effen service!!! for 2 days!!!
