She diagnosed my iPhone, which had an issue with receiving some calls and messages, and she fixed it within less than 15 minutes. I didn't have to wait, was checked in as soon as I entered the store. Maybe certain times of the day are more busy than others. A morning on a weekday is a good time to get fast service at this store. Thank you Ms. Jeanene!
