  I only came to this location for phone repair and I really wish my experience could have been better. I brought my phone in at my scheduled time of 4:30. When I entered the store at least three of the five floor employees were standing around on their phones rather than being useful. I signed in at the kiosk and an employee asked how could I help you? I told him that I had an appointment at 4:30 for phone repair. He then asked if I wanted to look into a phone upgrade? I told him not at the moment - I just wanted my phone fixed. The employee asked me for my phone which I was happy to give, but as I waited I watched the employees. Each with their noses glued to their phones and not once did they look up, unless it were to show each other something funny on their phones. Suddenly a female employee took over my issue and informed me that my phone would have to be left with them for at least 2 hours, which I was okay with. I returned around 7pm to pick up my phone and again the employees who were not busy were standing around on their phones. I walked up to the counter where another female employee was standing and I had to knock on the counter top to get her to look up. She then acknowledged me and proceeded to assist me. As I waited for the guy who was repairing my phone to come over to speak to me, I observed all of the floor employees and how they useless they are. Seriously, you work in a store where customers come in and see everything that goes on. Be more attentive! The technical guy who fixed my phone was actually friendly and very helpful. Too bad I can't say the same about the others there that evening. I will not return to this location.
