    To the 2 black guys and 1 blonde green eyed girl working the day I went into this location. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I don't believe anyone working retail should act as if the customer is always right but when I have to ask questions about how to trouble shoot my phone due to an app not working properly to the quote professionals. That's pretty damn sad. I was attempting to engage with any of these wonderful sprint employees in conversation to get their opinion on my issue and the only reaction I got the whole time was a look of why are you talking to me mixed with an I don't know or care about your problem. The blonde idiot was acting like her co worker whom was sitting on the counter breathing out of his mouth. Oh how that looked so professional. She was talking about her personal life's experiences to him as I was asking for the reset code that sprint recommends to do so that I can get better service if mine starts to run slow. Not one of these employees walked up to the counter that I was standing in front of. They all stayed back either sitting on the counter or leaning it. The blonde female stood leaning against the counter with her arms crossed smiling at her co worker when she talked about her life's problems and experiences to him and didn't move or smile when she would say the only few words that she did to me. I tried a tactic to see if I could get their attention in a positive way. So I asked about adding a tablet to my account and then WOW! They were now somehow knowledgeable about sprint and knew something about customer service. I've been with sprint for 11 years so I know what to expect when it comes to their customer service. This experience was the most embarrassing I've seem from sprint. The next time sprint pushes me away I'm staying away for good.
