  I am quick to complain, quick to give kudos, and quick to admit when I have made a mistake. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this store. The former Assistant Manager, Fernando (I believe) was nothing but helpful to me and (to my knowledge) he went out of his way to make sure that I got the best deal possible. This particular store is no different from any other cell phone store. They ALL make you wait and when you do get served, it's a lengthy process. I don't understand why. But it is. With that said, I am judging them on their service only. I have had nothing but respectful staff assist me. Any business could use improvement, and Sprint is no different. What I dislike about Sprint and all other carriers is how they gag customers on the price of cell phones and plans. That is more important to me then the other things customers have complained about. So far, my experience hasn't been terrible. Lester was very helpful to me the last time I was in and went out of his way to make sure I was a satisfied customer.
