  My experiences here have always been wonderful. They do often get very busy during a sale or when they have a special event going on. They are good about finding someone to help you, or making sure they haven't forgotten you. I have always found them to be helpful. And, they are always cheerful. The place has a nice feeling when you go in and watch what is going on. Also... They always check your machine first before submitting it to the repair people to make sure it isn't something simple that you don't need to pay for. For example, when I brought my machine in to get repaired... I hadn't used that machine in over a year and everything kept getting birdnested and breaking thread. We discovered I was threading it wrong. I could have felt stupid very easily. But they didn't make me feel that way at all. I walked out of there without having to pay for a repair I didn't need AND a really good feeling about myself. I've NEVER had a sewing machine shop ever do that before! So Sew Much More gets my five star vote for that service too!
