  I love Ross for household items! They have the best things that for the most part look high end but cost a fraction of the price. Clothes...not so much. I feel prices are over kill and when you do find something you like, you get it home only to find it has some type of defect whether it's a crooked seem or a leg is shorter than the other. If you need high end shampoo they got you, new sunglass, yep, even got you covered on a snack. As for the employees at the SPM Ross, I've yet to run across one that is a bit cheerful unless they are chatting it up about the night life they had last weekend. Don't think i can say any of them have ever asked me if I needed help or if I was OK. The manager that's ususlly there at night, he is just bad energy from the start not to mention his lack of motivation he gives to other employees. I feel for y'all in this shop with so many items and so many miss mannered shoppers but there are other jobs. "Fake it till you make it folks!" Never the less thank you tho got your hard work. I mean I need yall. Who else is gonna let me shop for random items at 11:30 on a Wednesday night?
