  Went in on the weekend and was surprised to find the hat i was looking for this hat had been discontinued for a while and i had given up hope. It was a perfect fit and they took the time to see if they had another hat that was discontinued sadly that hat wasn't available but i was more then happy to find the one i bought. I didn't feel rushed and they actually wanted to help me find the best fit will definitely be back soon for another order.

  I ordered a Resistol George Strait collection hat that I needed by a certain date. They kept me updated and were very responsive to email. Customer service was great. I'll look here 1st for my future hat needs. Just received my 2nd hat from them. I can't argue with the quality but I was kind of in the dark with this hat. No emails to let me know it shipped.
