  Have rented from them in the past, the last time we rented the bounce house kept falling down, I called twice no one answered. We returned the bounce house the next day and I called and explained what happened and the lady apologized and said the next time we rented they would give us a big discount. I called 3 weeks ago to take them up on the offer and they said they would call back and never did. Called yesterday and the lady kept me on the phone for 24 min giving me the run around and insinuating that I was trying to cheat them and that they always answer their phones, and just wasting my time. She then said she would talk to the owner and see what they could do. Called today and they said they could only discount a bag of candy!!! Ridiculous and used the excuses because they always answer their phones as if I was lying!!! I have the phone calls on my phone record! They lost our business. Poor costumer service! We will be renting elsewhere from now on.
