  The service provided to create labels for wine that we will serve at our wedding was exceptional and professional. Bekah completely rebuilt the labels and directed me through the selection and order process. I think that this may have been the best online customer service I've ever experienced. Thank you, Cliff

  horrible experience. Ordered a custom wine bottle for my wifes anniversary gift. Personalwine gave fedex the wrong suite number and then was told the package would not be delivered till monday. Anniversary was Sunday. I spoke with Bekah Richter and was told that they would make the situation right if the package was not delivered on time. After not receiving a call or email after i left voice-mails and a few email messages i decided to try and call again. Spoke with Bekah again and was told they would only give me a full refund( which is nice but doesnt make the situation right...i still have no anniversary gift for my wife.) when i asked if they would just send me another one i was told I would have to pay for everything but the shipping. needles to say I just requested my money back...so be carefull when ordering from here...give lots of time for the shipping and dont expect them to make up for any mistake that they make. **********update********* 10/9/17 Alex did reach out to me and take care of this situation. He sent me a replacement bottle of wine for free. We ran into the same shipping situation of them getting my suite number wrong but this time Alex took matters into his own hands and got in contact with Fedex and got the address corrected.
