  Last night I received a letter telling me that they are closing several of their stores. I have a feeling that Parker's horrible service may finally be catching up with them and I wouldn't be surprised if they go out of business. But that doesn't help me get the skirt I ordered three months ago any faster. I used to recommend that you order/shop early and then call when your shipments don't arrive because I guarantee they will not arrive on time. But even that doesn't seem to work any more. No one answers the phone and none of my ten emails to customer service received anything beyond an automated response. Now my advice is shop elsewhere whenever you can and contact the PTA/school to strongly recommend choosing a different vendor.
