  DOES NOT EVEN EARN A 1 STAR! This place is the worst ever for repairs why my boyfriend chose here I don't know why! We had a ATT phone that needed repaired the OWNER SAID IT WOULD BE READY IN 5 minutes that 5 minutes was an hour and a half later. Finally we get the phone we go home and granite we live 1 1/2 hour away, turn the phone on and it says T-MOBILE WHEN YOU TURN THE POWER ON. So my boyfriend had been calling all week and no one would answer the phone. So today he calls tell that girl that's there what was going on and she wouldn't give him a direct answer as he asked switch back to ATT OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. She tells him I will call you back in 5 minutes. Well we drove backup there an hour and a half and she still never called back. All she had to say was yes we will fix it and if we can't we will reimburse your money bring it in. If we wouldn't have went up in there this would have never been resolved! However, they don't answer the phones and their CUSTOMER SERVICE LEVEL IS HORRIBLE! LESSONED LEARNED!! READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE SELECTING THIS STORE FOR PHONES!!!

  The dude that service me was an @s$ hole he said he was the "sim card expert and that there was no issues" he didn't even look at my phone to start off with and he completely ignore me

  I feel like the people writing the negative reviews for this place are asking above and beyond what a wireless store can provide. I had a fairly simple problem with my sim car not working and they fixed it immediately with a simple device. The service was friendly and I'd highly recommend them again.
