  So on their website it states the will price match for parts, HOWEVER when I was in a pinch with a dead battery and wanted a price match for two different companies to a total savings between 35-40 they didn't do it because it "wasn't an auto parts store!" O'Rileys, you either price match or you don't! I will never shop with this store again if this is not rectified immediately!! UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!! Manager called me and rectified this price match issue. ALL IS WELL!!!!!

  i always shop here, the employees have always been nice and helpful until today, i called inquiring about a part and whoever responded the phone was super rude. and not helpful, he was claiming the part i was looking for was universal even tho i asked if he had a specific size for the washer. washers are not universal they either fit or they do not.
