Had items on sale, picked up display card to get item at register, oops ran out. Apparently old-tech inventory control doesn't matter when customer experience is involved. I wonder why big-box is declining... hmmm...

I needed a screen protector. I called another store and got no help. Called Tim at Office Depot. VERY patient, helpful! Spent time with me to see exactly what I needed then found one for half price! Had it up front when we arrived. Great service. Thank you, Tim.
