  The worse store I ever enter with the worse customer service you never ever try to return any thing from this store it's a night mare to try get your money back if you ever get it back I definitely recommend to buy from a department store where you don't have to go trough all the hassle like the men's warehouse

  Last week my fiancé and I went to the Men's Warehouse store in South park meadows in Austin and were completely disappointed in their service. We were fixing to turn to a different company to find his tux for our wedding and the tuxes for his groomsmen but we decided to give the store at the Barton Creek Mall a chance. We went in there with no expectation to rent tuxes but we left renting 5! We walk in and are greeted by multiple gentlemen and we ended up being helped by Chris L. Chris was WONDERFUL! He started by showing us the different packages they offered and was very thorough in explaining the difference between each tuxedo. I appreciated him because he was honest and didn't try to over sell unnecessary items. He really did go above and beyond to help us out since we've never rented tuxedos before! Even after his shift was over he still stayed behind longer and made sure we were good to go before he left. We were so pleased by his service and we would highly recommend Chris to anyone who needs help! We are so glad we went to this location!

  If I could give no stars I would. They never reached out to the wedding party to let them know their tuxes came in so everyone was planning to pick up the tuxes on Friday for the wedding that was over an hour outside of town on Saturday. Thankfully the best man reached out and went by two days before the wedding because Men's Wearhourse had ordered completely wrong sizes for his shirt and the jacket was not only too big, but the arm lengths were measured way too short. Upon hearing this the groom went in and found that his pants were more like capris. Thankfully they were able to get in the right sizes on Friday, but had we waited until Friday to pick up the tuxes, the groom and the best man would have been screwed and our wedding pictures would have looked ridiculous. Men's Wearhouse is closely priced with many other places, so I recommend using someone else and avoiding the headache.
