  Nathan is amazing! We had worked with him originally on another bed for our daughter, but happen to be near the Domain when we made the decision for our bed, so we placed the order there. BIG mistake. After some delivery snafus Nathan, *even though we didn't place the order with him* was our saving grace! Our salesman was literally 0 help so out desperation I called Nathan and he was the one to finally get our delivery fixed up. When we decided we need to switch mattresses, we went back to Nathan. He is very knowledgeable about both the products and sleep science. He recommended an adjustable position for optimal sleep that I never would of though of, talked to us about how size difference would effect the way we experience the mattress, about how to get an optimal cooling effect (pull the covers down an hour before bed) and the science behind cooling. The Zilker location is a little smaller, so feel free to visit other stores if you want to try out tons of different mattresses, but when you are ready to really learn about what will benefit your sleep, and if you want your order to go smoothly, Nathan is your guy!
