  I received my titanium chopsticks in a paper box, in a small sack, with no black gift box. When I asked the company regarding the difference in the item I received compared to what was advertised they indicated that it was an error on the part of the manager and that the items were no longer packaged in the black gift box. They offered no remediation nor restitution for the blatant false advertising that they admit to perpetuating. In a subsequent exchange with the company they admitted that they had the gift box that should have come with my order all along. They said they would not give it to me as a result of honest, negative feedback I had left for them because of this horrendous transaction. This means that they not only choose to complete my order without the gift box and use inferior packaging to start with, but have the means to resolve the issue, but are penalizing me for leaving honest feedback. They are also known as Mandala Trading, and Mandala Crafts Inc. I would suggest avoiding all of these companies at all costs.
