  Ken was amazing when my computer crashed and my hard drive decided to quit on me. Even though I came right as he was closing, Ken kept his place open to help me out. He did a wonderful job of saving all of my data and backing everything up several times - and was very thorough at trying to figure out how to prevent further crashes. Also, when I freaked out about the whole, "my computer crashed with all my work on it," he handled me incredibly well. This guy is definitely worth a visit, since he goes the extra mile. Ken is way better than the Apple store!

  I needed a computer asap at good price. Not only did Ken deliver the same day but he sold me a top notch machine at a reasonable price. Also, it works wonderfully. I have purchased used Macs in the past but they don't compare to the service and quality of Mac Alliance. I live in San Antonio and I will definitely be utilizing Mac Alliance to service my Mac if ever needed! It will be worth the drive! Thanks Ken for making this purchase easy and honest.
