It was missing the button on the wand that controls extending it. Weldon got me a new button and the wand is extendable once again! The customer service here was exceptional! These were two of the friendliest and knowledgeable people that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They knew their product and they knew exactly how to best take care of me and my vacuum needs. Thank you Terry and Weldon!
