We bought a Vanity, one was broken... So we decided to wait for another one - and then we heard promises and promises, the remodel was finished except .. The vanity, that didn't arrive, we were thinking about buying the one in the showroom - but they weren't willing to give any discount - as if it was new and that nothing happened.. Josco? No thank you.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Walked into showroom for complete bathroom remodel. Was not greeted by staff while walking in. Salesperson looked straight at us and did not speak. I had to speak first. The salesperson then asked if she could help us with anything. I let her know we were looking to remodel a bathroom. She immediately said that if we wanted pricing we needed an appointment. She acted like she was not interested in helping us at all unless we had an appointment. If this company is by appointments only that's understandable, but informing consumers of this on their website would be helpful. Also, it might be a good idea to treat your customers with respect, appointment or not. We won't be making an appointment for pricing because we won't be back.

STAY AWAY, unless you like someone taking your money then ignoring you when you have a problem with the merchandise. You will be promise a phone call and will never receive it. I gave them 1 star because I couldn't give them a negative 5. Worst customer service. NO follow through.
