  I had a problem with a kitchen faucet that I thought was resulting from a bad coupling on the drain line. I called a bunch of places and they were the only one with the part so I went in. Candidly, their pricing was quite a bit higher than I found online BUT while I was picking up the part he asked me about the "symptoms" of the problem. He told me to try tightening down the faucet head before opening the part I was buying because he thought it might fix the problem, in which case I could return the part. I tried what he recommended and it fixed the problem, saving me $50 after I returned the item! Like I said, you're not going to find the best prices in this small plumbing supply store but dealing with a guy that knows what he's talking about - especially when YOU don't - can save you some money. In my case it saved me $50!
