  Shady as heck! Went in to get a capacitor, they upsold me on a motor I didn't need, and switched out mu original capacitor with the wrong one and told me I could return what I didn't use. Then when I tried to return said no refunds. Luckily I got my money back and a buddy had the capacitor I needed, if not I would have been without ac for 4 days. I won't ever go back here!

  Went in today for some ac parts.. (motor, cap, and coil cleaner). Guy at the front counter took care of me ASAP, got everything I needed, and got me in and out in less than 5 mintues. THAT is customer service. Give the tatted up dude a raise or free lunch....something. Customer service like this is why I am telling everyone I know to hit Johnstone for their A/C parts.
