  My only experience is with the showroom. Worst customer service ever! Every other showroom has designers who greet you, show you the products, and make suggestions. InterCeramic designers sit there, don't even acknowledge your presence, and if you ask they said "It's here somewhere. Maybe toward the back". When asked for suggestions for complementary tiles, they said "Oh, just keep looking. You'll find something". Wrote management a letter, and never went back or considered them.

  I've been in a total of three times the guy in the sales area that I worked with actually two different ones were super friendly and helpful ....customer service desk not as friendly and helpful as one would think they could be. Talk to one particular person twice first time she was semi friendly second time semi helpful not terrible but I guess my expectations are a little higher than most and a customer service format
