It was faulty and when we returned to ask for help he was very dismissive and pretended he didn't know what we were talking about. He was very rude, and when we complained to the manager the manager didn't care. I do frequent tool and truck rentals from home depot for DIY projects and have NEVER dealt with someone so unhelpful and rude. We will not be renting any more tools at this location.
