  Horrible and got even worse once everyone got off work or it got later in the afternoon. The new Bins of product we're not being put out every 30 minutes like they do in San Antonio. Also the customers we're constantly being screamed at either by the manager or by other employees. I've uploaded a video hopefully that you are able to watch. The only employees with smiles are nice things to say where the cashiers and I'm assuming from the gossip that it's because they were the farthest away from the manager. The product was also horrible and this was all Wade except for books and glass so it was four times as expensive as San Antonio prices. I hear the North side of Austin has a better clearance outlet and I will try that very soon
