    This is absolutely THE WORST GameStop store I have ever delt with. My last experience, I took a couple of days off work and had recently just purchased a new 4k TV. I wanted to upgrade my PS4 original to a PS4 pro. I have done 100s of trades at GameStop store over the last 10 years and have always had an easy experience. Not that day! I walked in about 15 minutes after they opened on a Thursday. The only person in the store was a tall, thin, black with a big afro. He completely ignored me when I came in, I'm guessing because he saw I had a trade in my hand. When I finally asked for assistance, he complained that he was the only one there. I asked nicely that he complete my trade and that I came in early during the week, cause I know evening and weekend are busy. He huffed, started testing my hardware and when he started to ring up my PS4 trade as a 500Gb, I advised he was wrong, it was a 1TB model. He called me a liar to my face. After debating it he actually TOOK IT OUT PF THE CHASSIS and checked the HD!!!! Yes it's a 1tb but he refused to aknowledge that the unit was "legit". He then said my controller was broken and didn't rumble. I asked for a manager and he said he was off that day, I said fine just give me back my system and I'm leaving. I've been called a liar, you have been nothing but difficult, I'm done. As he was gathering my stuff, he mumbled "stupid cracker" under his breath. I said excuse me???? He then told me to leave the store! I called GS corporate and got an apology, but they also advised I go to a different store. I went to the store on Brodie, everything was perfect! She aknowledge my system was a 1tb, my controller worked perfectly fine! And she even gavee a courtesy discount because of the issues at the other store. I can only hope they fired that guy at the first store, I won't be back either way.....
