  If I need something electronic, this is my first (and only) stop. Great staff, knowledgeable, and courteous. If you're a techie, it'll be quite easy to wander around in here for hours. The bargain bins have all the things you didn't know you needed!

  In terms of computer components, they had nothing I was looking for. I was looking for popular components so nothing out of the ordinary. Out of five different items they should carry, they had none. Their theater rooms were underwhelming. I think Frys has seen its better days. They don’t put the care into their displays anymore. They have more random small gimmicky items than flagship items. Not impressed. Ended up just buying online.

  Their DELIVERY - NO CALL, NO SHOW!..NO GOOD! Why do they offer delivery..then call to say they will deliver the item and you need to be home with your ID to get the item during the delivery window..then DON'T SHOW UP nor call to say they won't be there? Thanks for wasting my time. I needed the item for the next morning. I would have driven there to pickup if I knew they wouldn't show, but they screwed up my schedule for the next day without the item. Maybe a notification call, text or email?...NOPE! Left me high and dry and when I called, no one apologized, helped, or seemed to really care. I like the selection and prices, but generally BAD customer service. I'll go elsewhere.
