  My boyfriend and I moved into our new place last Saturday and we had originally ordered a mattress from amazon and paid extra shipping fees to ensure it was delivered before we moved into the apartment. Well, the day of moving we got a notification stating that our order would be delayed by a weeks time frame. We needed the mattress NOW so we canceled the Amazon order and went shopping for one in person. Already frustrated, we went into Mattress Firm and Ashley Furniture and either their price was way out of our budget or they weren't able to get us the mattress immediately. Our final stop was at Factory Mattress (at this point we were beyond frustrated and did not have high hopes). When we walked in we were very upfront about what we needed. Robby was a breath of fresh air. He actually took the time and listened to our needs and our budget and provided the PERFECT mattress within our budget and we were able to take it home that same day. We were in and out with a new mattress within 20 minutes!!!! My only regret, is that we didn't just come here first for our shopping needs!!! Shop local! Shop Factory Mattress!! Ask for Robby! He was a pleasure to work with!!!

  Wonderful customer service and next day delivery!! Bill was very informative and a pleasure to deal with. He had another customer who was buying a mattress at the same time, and when he was waiting for things to process with the other customer, he took the time to come over and make sure we were doing ok. He did this several times which was really nice and showed he goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease. Will diffinently purchase from factory mattress again along with recommend them to anyone looking for a new mattress. I also love the fact they are locally owned I like supporting my community rather than a huge chain.
