  We purchase new mattresses and box springs for families who are recovering from temporary homelessness and families that are refugees from foreign countries entering the U.S. under the sponsorship of Refugee Services of Texas. Factory Mattress works with us very proactively in ensuring the items we need are ordered and delivered on time. Due to the uncertain nature of some arrivals, there often there are needs to change delivery days and times on the spur of the moment. Factory Mattress customer service and delivery personnel have been extremely patient and helpful on these. We appreciate our relationship!
