  I was in on 7/20/17 730pm. I was browsing the bedding department. Now, mind you there are items out of their packages everywhere throughout the store. I dont mind that. But I'm looking for a throw blanket. I see one out of the package so i look at it because i see its already out and im checking for length. Vanessa (a worker there) approaches me and immediately assumed i opened the pack. She started yelling at me! She said "ma'am you arent supposed to take that out of the package!" i replied "yes, but this was already here like this." she replied "Im pretty sure it has a package!" to which i said "I dont even see the package here." as it was nowhere in sight. I continued and said " you can check your cameras if you want." she rolled her eyes and said "yeah, okay." I then went to a different department to look for a veggie cutter and she follows me. Little does she know i have no reason to take anything or get anything out of its package. I make 3 times more than she does.she shouldn't be running up on customers and accusing them of anything. If she saw me take it out with her own eyes. By all means say something. But this is horrible customer service. I gave 2 stars for prices and the wounderful ladies at the front and loss prevention. They were so kind.

  I went there a year ago to buy a shower head. The shower head was bad, so I took it back to exchange it for a good one. The exchange was also bad, so I took it back also to exchange it for a good one also. The manager treated me like as if I was a criminal. She said it was best to get my money back, because she wasn't going to exchange another one if it was bad. She became suspicious of me. She said people try to get over on them every now and then. But I wasn't trying to get over on them. I was just trying to buy a good shower head from them. I excepted my money back from her, because she also said if I bought a nother bad one again I would be stuck with it. After I received my money back, I never returned back to DD's Discount again. I went to home depot and bought a good shower head from them.
