  I've been selecting furniture from Copenhagen Imports for my rooms since I was a kid. In those 25 years I've learned that I can make any of any size into a comfortable warm and modern space by shopping here. I also know their furniture stands up to years of abuse and they only put high-quality designers in their showrooms. The North Austin store is a great place to shop looks, find designers and piece together a room like an expert. Their staff is always helpful - Patrik has been terrific to work with. They have great sales in January/February. Shon a Sunday afternoon to avoid the crowds. If you are looking for a place that steps up your furniture game and the standard suburban Austin furniture stores are depressing as hell, give Copenhagen a try.

  Varied selection of tasteful, mid-century modern furniture for all rooms of the house or office. The prices can be a bit steep but don't eclispe that of other stores of the same quality. Somewhat similar in price to certain big-box swedish furniture store in town. Salespeople are helpful most of the time and don't pressure you to make any sales.

  hands down the worst customer service experience i've had with a furniture company. my shipment got delayed TWICE for arrival but i was assured that the DAY it came into the warehouse i would be contacted to get it delivered first priority.....3 weeks later still heard NOTHING from them, i call on the 3rd and am told oh yes its in. its been in and its in the warehouse in SAN ANTONIO earliest delivery would be the 19th. how is that 1st priority for something this far delayed. frustrated and done with their excuses i told them to just get it to the austin warehouse and i would go pick it up myself for which i was ASSURED again it would be done and waiting for me by the 5th. i just called and its still in the san antonio warehouse. 3 calls to the store later and my sales guy is still "helping someone else" . i guess service after the sale isn't terribly important here. so if that's something you're looking for go and pay more for something elsewhere these guys are terrible
