  Have been a customer here for over a year but after my recent ordeal I'm never buying / ordering anything from Status again. I spent $1,600.00 (not pocket change for me) on an item that was supposed to take 7-10 business days to arrive. That was almost a full month ago. Every time I call in to check on the status of my order no one seems capable of giving me any real answer. I've been told, "Not yet. But it should be here tomorrow" more than 6 days in a row now without a single apology of any kind. At this point in time I still do not have my item and it's been almost a month.
