  We got the closet system installed in November 2017. Ms.Shane came in to take the measurements, she looked at the space, listened to our requirements and she said , with that tone of confidence " I know exactly what you want". I knew what she knew that we wanted! She explained to us with diagrams. We made an appointment and went into the showroom, my husband and I were extremely impressed with their courteousness, the ability to explain and we were even given a tour of their workshop. Installation was a breeze. They cleaned up everything after. We are very very happy with this system. We loved working with them.

  After shopping around, Closets by Design won us over! So glad we picked them to turn our basic closet into something special! The designer was brilliant...had so many clever ideas and the installation was flawless. Can't say enough good things!
