  If only there was half a star, I would've given them one! I waited in line for an hour. Barely got greeted when I walked in. They were letting people that wasn't even in line skip those who were actually waiting! The lady that checked me out name was Danielle or something like that and she had a really nasty attitude. She was lazy, and didn't want to answer any questions I had. Instead of making short conversation or talking in complete sentences she said things like "I.D." and "How much?". I was originally told that I would be getting $50 for the diamond ring I wanted to pawn.. Then she started talking to her manager in Spanish and afterwards told me that she could only give me $10 "Because it doesn't LOOK real".. Are you freaking kidding me? The place is a pig sty. There's no where to park. They have horrible customer service. They stare at you and give you dirty looks expecting you to do all the talking while they just sit there like a lump on a log. I wanted to be in and out. But instead she took her marrily little time putting my info in, while giving me attitude. I didn't feel welcomed there, and I will not be coming back! I wouldn't recommend going here to anyone. A complete waste of time, and they're gonna low ball!

  I know a lot of the people working at this location and they are great individuals, they will care for the customer as much as they can and loan the most they can on any item. The manager is very knowledgeable and polite and will always try to make you feel appreciated. Great place to visit.
