  I can’t say enough good things about Capital AV and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them. I will recommend them to everyone and put them on my homeowner recommended contractor’s link. I had some retro fitting to do in my house with whole house audio and surround sound. I contacted 5 individuals and companies and got 3 visits to bid the job, one very late bid and the bid from Capital AV. The first thing that Capital did was right is that the owner, Carl, promptly returned my call and told me that I would be hearing from Freddie, a field technician. I promptly received that call and during his visit, Freddie recommended solutions that brought all of my equipment into an office closet, connected everything to the internet, and allowed me to use existing equipment for the most part to put sound all over the inside of the house and the back yard. Additionally, Freddie advised me that a recent purchase on a receiver I had made was not adequate as it did not have 2 zones. He told me the retailer where I purchased it had a good return policy and suggested that I give it a try. Lo and behold, they took it back, upgraded me to the correct receiver and Freddie saved me from having to buy another new receiver. Also, since he dropped all of the equipment into my office closet, he saved me from having to purchase a media cabinet as well and after mounting the TV, my living room looks so much roomier! The quote I received from Capitol was only $400 more than the other late bid I received and it included so much more work and a final solution to get sound everywhere in a clean and organized manner. When Freddie and his colleague, Adam, came to start the job, I found them to be professional, polite, conscientious and hard working. On the second day, Freddie recommended and coordinated the dry wall man to come in right behind him to repair and paint the holes. This gentleman was meticulous and had everything repaired and painted that second day. By day three my project was complete and the sound was awesome and it was everywhere. My house was tidy looking because everything was stored in a closet and all of the sound is controlled with one universal remote. Besides the awesome, professional job, the great sound, the reasonable price and the space saving solutions provided by this company, I appreciated the enthusiasm and the knowledge exhibited by Freddie. He has an obvious appreciation for good sound and an apparent desire to make his customers very happy with their system.
