  Half local hardware store. Half fancy lady store. Anytime I need a random nut, bolt, tool, etc., I can find it here, or they will order it for me. So much more manageable than Home Depot. I hope this place thrives and stays in business for forever, because West Lake Hills needs a local hardware store with actual people who know something about fixing stuff.

  I called to see if the store had a particular seasoning in stock. Call was answered promptly, and transferred to proper department, but after i asked about the product, I was left on hold for 15 minutes. A different person returned to the call, he claimed to be the store manager. He said he would see what the deal was. 5 more minutes passed, and a third person picked up the phone and asked if he could help. After I asked, for the third time now, to see if they carried the seasoning, this third individual hung up the phone. Not acceptable customer service.
