  The person working in the customer service department with the gray orange lined fleece is an idiot. He’s not a patient person and does not explain the process that he is doing fully. Put him back in the headphone department.

  Fernando in the camera department was very helpful- he went above and beyond to help me with my purchase and answer my questions. He helped advise as to which camera lens to get and helped show me how to use the camera and lens as well. Rarely do you find someone that goes out of their way to be so helpful. He was patient and listened to all my questions and concerns and was on point in advising me as to which lens would be the best for what I needed and also helped show me how to use it.
