  LOVE this shop! Beau Kisses is my "go to" shop. Very friendly and helpful staff, a fantastic collection of merchandise, and fair prices. They have it all...home items, unique gifts, shoes, clothing, and jewelry. The best part? They can keep a wish list so my husband can easily find a gift for me that he knows I'll love!

  While the selection and styles may be intriguing to a certain niche market; I will no longer be purchasing anything from this business again. They have a completely unreasonable return policy, which borders on illegal. For starters, returns are only given in the form of store credit. While this is annoying on the surface; what is more disconcerting is that the store credit expires 60 days from the day it is given. This is should be illegal, is debatably unethical, but at a minimum represents horrific customer service and care which today's consumer should not tolerate. Even the behemoth retailer Target was forced to change its overly restrictive return policies. A niche boutique with above average prices and poor customer service has a short shelf life. People who shop at boutique style shops expect and deserve more.
